Brian L. Bina, born in Marion, Kansas, grew up on a farm near Marion and Pilsen. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business (Accountancy) with a minor in Political Science from Emporia State University and completed his law degree at Washburn University in 2011. That same year, he was admitted to the Kansas, State, and Federal Bars. Brian is married to Lindsay Bina.
Tim R. Karstetter, born in Oswego, Kansas, was raised in Cherryvale. He graduated from Pittsburg State University and Washburn School of Law, gaining admission to the Kansas, State, and Federal Bars in 1974. He began practicing law in McPherson, Kansas, that same year and served as McPherson County Attorney from 1977 to 1983. Tim and his wife, Marlyn, have four children.
